How to change Catalytic converter?

I have Rover 45, 1.4 petrol, 2002, 4 door. Catalytic converter burned, have to change it, ordered a new part and waiting it to arrive. I was thinking to change it myself. As far as I know there are just two bolts in one side and two in other to unscrew. But how about the sensor, its there somewhere too isn't it? How to replace it? Any tips for me?
